Packaging Description
|
1. Wooden Pallets
* Material: Made from hardwood, free from termites and bark. * Weight Capacity: Each pallet can support 1,200 kg or 1,260 kg. * Dimensions:
* Length: 1,425 mm ± 5 mm
* Width: 1,100 mm ± 5 mm * Height: 925 mm ± 5 mm * Treatment: All wood is treated with a Borate solution (6 kg Borate mixed with 3 m³ of water), soaked for 8 hours, and then dried. 2. Shrinkwrapped Packing * Material: Made of polyethylene (PE) with a thickness of 0.2 mm. * Application: Rubber is secured using either wooden or steel pallets. * Process: A gas burner is employed to shrink the PE bags, ensuring a tight fit around the rubber bales. * Stability: Each bale is typically supported by wood, allowing for safe transportation with forklifts. 3. Loose Bales Packing * Weight: Each loose bale weighs 33.33 kg. * Container Capacity: A standard 20' export container can hold:
* Minimum: 20 tons (approximately 600 bales)
* Maximum: 25 tons |
