High temperature-resistant rheological modifier DT130 is a kind of high quality xanthan gum, which is produced by the optimum strain improvement fermentation process. Normal xanthan gum can only be stable at 121 ºC, while DT130 also has a higher temperature resistance. It is stable at 130 ºC, with good rheology. DT-130 has obvious advantages than ordinary xanthan gum at 120-130 ºC. Dynamic shear force can be higher over 50-100kg / 100m2
