Properties of Soy Wax

Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: Soy wax is derived from natural plant oils, is non-toxic and harmless, and does not produce black smoke or pungent odors when burned, making it environmentally friendly.

Combustion characteristics: Soy wax has a relatively low combustion temperature, burns slowly and steadily, is less likely to cause burns, and produces less smoke with a natural and refreshing aroma.

Form and melting point: Soy wax is available in various types based on different melting points and forms, including sheet, granular, and block forms. Domestic sheet soy wax has a melting point of 50° to 54°C, making it suitable for making cup candles.

Compatibility: Soy wax can blend well with plant essential oils, making it the preferred material for making craft candles.

It's Suitable for coating low temperature wax,cup wax,wax sheet( use mixture with beewax).We suggest you use mixture with beewax(increase hardness). It could add candle pigment. Scented candle need to add essential oil according the percentage of 5%-7% of soy wax.

It couldn't be used in glass,tin can and other container products.It couldn't burn enough.The adding percentage of soy wax couldn't exceed white beewax. Otherwise it will blow up.The correct adding percentage is following: 50% white beewax + 50% 68℃ soy wax. Mixture with beewax couldn't exceed 50%. It could less than beewax when adding with white beewax. It could add candle pigment. Scented candle need to add essential oil according the percentage of 5%-7% of soy wax.
