NOTES:
1. According to the different requirements of technology and fabrics, the proportion of paste making or use can be adjusted in appropriate amount.
2. For the different dyes and printing processes used, the dosage of additives may be increased and decreased as appropriate.
3. After adding Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Fe3+ and other metal ions into the paste, the viscosity will decrease, and the use of plastic drums or stainless steel drums is recommended.
4. Use hot water to beat the paste and paste, which will lead to a reduction in the viscosity of the paste. To cool hot water soluble dye solution (below 40 ºC), to filter into the original paste.
