1.product introduction
The main component of the efficient anti-segregation agent is a macromolecule microbial polymer. It shows good stability, excellent resistance to segregation, water retention and thicken effect and unique rheological properties. It can effectively prevent the mortar and concrete bleeding and segregation, even more could overcome the affect on strength introduced by traditional anti-segregation agents or thickeners. So it is particularly suitable for high-end building products such as grout, self-leveling mortar and self-compacting concrete, etc. Compared with traditional thickeners and anti-segregation agents, DR-1 also resolve the problems of measure and dispersion, stick knives, air bubbles and other issues, while DR2 overcomes many difficulties of traditional anti-segregation agents such as the strength problems and competitive adsorption with other additives.
SZB-660 has the characteristics of Thixotropic, water retention, and SZB-360 has the characteristics of Thickening,Thixotropic, they are mixed used for spray machine mortar

Application:
mainly used in building materials such as mortar, concrete, grouting etc. It shows excellent anti-segregation, anti-bleeding, thickening and water retention properties. Simultaneously, DR-1 also can enhance the water retention of mortar. And
it was used as the water retention agent in the cement and concrete. In this condition, there is no need to use dispersant like other additives. Moreover, DR-1 can increase the cement stability, anti-sagging property and reduce the mortar and concrete of fluidity loss with time, and these excellent characteristics can be kept at elevated temperature (up to 150 ºC)
